RETURNS & WARRANTY CLAIM
HOW CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS THAT I'VE PURCHASED FROM ?
Within up to 14 (fourteen) days of the date of delivery of the Order, you are entitled to exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty and without having to state a reason.
For verification of compliance with the above deadline, the date of delivery of the products derived from the Site of the courier that was used shall prevail.
If you decide to exercise the right to withdrawal as set out above, you must first notify your wishes to the us by accessing your account and clicking on the “My Orders” link and than on "return" and follow the instructions for the return of the products that are the object of the withdrawal.

Once the package has been received and checked by the Brakeless returns department, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.
We are currently unable to facilitate exchanges. Please send back the unwanted item for a refund, and place a new order for the correct item.

Please note that only garments that have not been used or damaged and that do not have defects, except for those attributable to the manufacturer, may be returned. We only accept return requests for products purchased through our website (www.brakeless.eu). If you purchased from a retailer, please return your Brakeless product to the retailer from which you originally purchased it.
The Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. All returns should be both unwashed and unworn.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM?
Brakeless products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.
For returns and warranty claims related to items purchased from another retailer, please return your Brakeless product to the retailer from which you have purchased it. To ensure that your return will be handled smoothly remember to keep your proof of purchase.
