"Brakeless" born from the union between passion for sport and love for style.
Raised as a cyclist since I was 6 and as a fashion lover I felt the need to mix together my two great loves in a unique collection constantly evolving.

I relied on Pool, my manager, coach and industry expert, which in all these years has allowed me to express my ideas in the best possible way.
​
This is how the Brakeless brand was born, from my first tattoo about my great love for Fixed Gear to our line different, creative, original.

BABY DOLLY
I was 5 and I was spending hole afternoons watching
my brother training on the track around my neighbourhood and it took no long before I start to ride my first bike.
At the age of 6 I did my first race and at 18 my first Fixed Gear event.
A VERY LONG STORY
Born in Milano, son of a journalist of Gazzetta dello Sport, with more than 15 Tour de France and even more World Championships, I couldn't resist to the call of cycling.
At the age of 14th I did started to race and year after year I become a Pro in the most iconic land to race: Belgium.
After a few years of incredible moments among the best riders of the 90's I decided to come back home and start a clothing company, it was the year 1991 but for me it seems yesterday. Now, after 30 years, it's time to step up and finalize all this years combined to the freshness and craziness of Paoladolly.

OUR ROADS CROSSES
Our roads crossed at my 16teens during a very dark period.
Pool, as a real mentor, showed me how cycling was so important in my life.
Then the first Red Hook Crit, the first flights to the States and my first custom skinsuits.​
He understood how style was so important for me.
MY BABIES
The idea was to create special skinsuit inspired by the location where we will have the next race:
New York, London, Seoul, Chengdu, Milano and others were the inspiration that lighted up my creativity and Pool was the arm to make all this true!
THE BIRTH of BRAKELESS
In the past years many followers were asking about if and where they could buy my creations.
The years goes by and after graduating at the academy of Fashion Design and acquired the necessary experience about graphics and production, always with the support of Pool, take its birth Brakeless.
With a constant research about performant fabrics and outstanding designs!
